Project Description
Jackfruit has been hailed as a miracle food crop due to the health benefits derived from it. The known nutraceutical benefits and great global demand for Processed Jackfruit Products, like jackfruit juice, the Indian food industry needs jackfruit product manufacturers to full fill the demand. Due to health benefits and demand, the project has come up with an aim of developing a manufacturing unit of jackfruit juice. The primary objective of the project is to facilitate the entrepreneurs in understanding the importance of setting up unit of jackfruit juice, technology and financial assistance is provided by central and state government. This project will help to the entrepreneurs on starting up such a new project and provide basic technical knowledge for setting up such a facility.
Land Area Requirement
Land should be located near to the growing Agri-cluster area easily connected with the Transportation Facility. The Project Land/Building should also have easy availability of water and electricity. The ideal built-up require for the project is a minimum of 1000 to 3000 Sq. Mtr.
