Jackfruit chips are prepared using raw bulbs. The oil used for frying influence the shelf life of Jackfruit chips. Jackfruit has been hailed as a miracle food crop due to the health benefits derived from it. Despite the richness, massive market potential, and an unlimited number of benefits that Jackfruit provides, it’s still an unorganized market, thus leaving many opportunities to foray & expand across Indian. Its innovative products have a huge market scope and scalability. These jackfruit chips can give competition to other chip manufacturers because of their health benefits and taste.
Land Area Requirement
Land should be located near to the growing Agri-cluster area easily connected with the Transportation Facility. The Project Land/Building should also have easy availability of water and electricity. The ideal built-up require for the project is a minimum of 700 SQM to 2000 SQM.
