Project Description

Canned bamboo shoot is the product prepared from edible bamboo shoot in packing media with or without food additives and processed by heat in an appropriate manner before or after being sealed in a container, so as to prevent spoilage or destroy undesired microorganisms. Canned bamboo shoots are peeled, sliced and cooked so can be added straight to stir-fries and Oriental dishes at the end of the cooking time just to heat through. They are used in various Asian recipes and broths. This canned bamboo can be sold in super markets , retail shop , online. Canned bamboo shoots have proven to be a wide-reaching culinary potential, improving the nutritional quality and health outcomes, while contributing to the sustainable bamboo chain development.

Land Area Requirement

Land should be located near to the growing Agri-cluster area easily connected with the Transportation Facility. The Project Land/Building should also have easy availability of the water and electricity. The ideal built-up require for the project is minimum 1000 SQM TO 2500 SQM.
