Project Description
Bamboo Pickle or Bans ka Achar are prominent in Arunachali cuisine. Bamboo shoots are blended with authentic spices to make a crisp and chewy pickle that is a true specialty. Bamboo Pickle are one of the most healthy products available. Pickles made with higher quantity of edible oils and preservatives have shelf-life of more than 1 year. Pickles are used as taste enrichers with the main course as well as with snacks which imparts palatability to food. They are sold through many outlets like grocery shops, departmental stores etc. As per one estimate, the average consumption of pickles in the India is around 2 kgs. per family per year. Thus, they are mass consumption products and with proper quality standards, in-roads can be made in the market.
Land Area Requirement
Land should be located near to the growing Agri-cluster area easily connected with the Transportation Facility. The Project Land/Building should also have easy availability of the water and electricity. The ideal built-up require for the project is minimum 2000 Sq. Mtr.
