Project Description
India is the largest producer, consumer, and exporter of spices in the world. The demand scenario for major and minor spices is increasing at an enormous rate in India and abroad. Spices have been an integral part of the Indian diet, and the demand for spices has been growing year after year. India has certain natural comparative advantages with respect to the production and utilization of spices. India is the world's largest producer, consumer, and exporter of spices; the country produces about 75 of the 109 varieties listed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and accounts for half of the global trading in spices. These factors include diverse agro-climatic conditions, environments, and availability of innumerable varieties and cultivars of each spice suitable for different climatic conditions.
Cryogenic grinding of herbs and spices involves powdering these elements at sub-zero temperatures ranging from 0 to – 196°C. The elements are frozen with liquid nitrogen, as they are being ground. This process does not damage or alter the chemical composition of the main elements in any way. A standard grinding process that does not use a cooling system can reach up to +200°F. This high temperature can reduce volatile components and heat-sensitive constituents in spices.

Land Area Requirement
Land should be located near to the growing Agri-cluster area easily connected with the Transportation Facility. The Project Land/Building should also have easy availability of water and electricity. The ideal land requirements for the project is a minimum of 3500 Sq. Mtr.
