Manipur Hosts The Pineapple Festival 2019 The 12th State Level Pineapple Festival cum Sellers and Buyers Meet and Youth Festival, 2019 organised in the Imphal East district in Manipur Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest said that Manipur has been producing pineapples at about 10,000 tonnes per hectare which for itself speaks that the State is indeed the highest producer and exporter of the juicy fruits in the country.
